Togo

Overview

In May 2023, the 50x2030 Initiative finalized a Program Implementation Plan (PIP) in partnership with the Government of Togo. With completion of the PIP for Togo, efforts will now begin to launch agricultural survey data collection, technical assistance, and trainings to promote data use within key stakeholder groups in support of country-specific policy objectives. Initial survey results will be expected in early 2024, with additional activities planned through 2025.

50x2030’s support also contributes to Togo's involvement with an ongoing IDA project with the World Bank called Harmonizing and Improving Statistics in West Africa, or HISWA.
