Overview

Ghana’s partnership with 50x2030 has been developed in line with the objectives of its National Medium Term Development Policy Framework 2022-2025, specifically the objectives to modernize and enhance agricultural production systems, improve post-harvest management, and strengthen production and utilization of statistics. 50x2030’s support also contributes to Ghana's involvement with an ongoing IDA project with the World Bank called Harmonizing and Improving Statistics in West Africa, or HISWA. 50x2030 activities in Ghana will commence with preparatory efforts needed to support the launch of an annual agricultural survey program, and conclude in the second half of 2024.
